Abstract
Purpose – Provides an interview with Vilma Nikolaidou, Head of Organizational Development at Tate Gallery. Design/methodology/approach – Interviews Nikolaidou about her career, and Organization Development activities within Tate Gallery. Findings – Discusses the intended outcomes of OD activities. Originality/value – Presents the insights of a leading practitioner in the field of organization development.
