Abstract
This paper describes the first recorded practice of a full non touch vaginoscopy in diagnostic and blind endometrial biopsy. Using the patented Endosampler® biopsy kit it is possible under direct vision with a hysteroscope and no speculum to pass the sampler through the vagina and the external os and achieve a viable endometrial sample.
