Abstract

Conflict resolution in the public administration has become more and more important, which test the institutional capacity of the government and the ability of administrators, especially under the situation of the public's participation in the public domain. The requst of approach and strategy of public conflict resolution is very important and urgent. Besides the formal approach of rules making and enforcement, the informal approach of collaborating with the social unions should be paid more attention. Accordingly, the strategies of conflict resolution have become more and more plural, both the conventional methods and the ADR methods can play their functions of conflict resoluton together.
