Abstract

Objective To study the application value of negative pressure suction in the upper ureteral calculi. Methods Eighty patients with ureteral calculi in our hospital from April 2017 to July 2017 were treated with surgery. The patients were numbered from 1 to 80, the singular was divided into the negative pressure suction group, and the double number was divided into the ordinary ureteroscope group, 40 cases in each group. The removal rate, duration of surgery, the rate of using flexible ureteroscope, postoperative complications, hemorrhage, and palindromia were compared between the two groups. Results There were statistical differences in the duration of surgery and the rate of using flexible ureteroscope between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusions Compared with ordinary ureteroscope, negative pressure suction can be used in the upper ureteral calculi to reduce the operation time and reduce the rate of using flexible ureteroscope. The surgical field is less affected by blood oozing. In addition, all the stones were preserved in the negative pressure suction group. All the stones were analyzed after operation to guide the patient's long-term diet and reduce the possibility of calculi palindromia. Negative pressure suction is a safe, effective, economical and low risk surgical method and is worthy of wide application. Key words: Ureteral Calculi; Ureteroscopy; Negative-Pressure Wound Therapy
