Abstract
According to the importance and the development status of IPTV STB(set-top boxes) , illustrates that IPTV with WiFi has an unparalleled advantage. The paper describes of WiFi technology and IPTV STB architecture in detail. Focus on the network from the IPTV STB connection mode, and one kind of WiFi wireless connection implementations is given. Finally, look ahead the development and application prospects of IPTV STB with WIFI wireless connectivity.
