Abstract
The MIMO radar (multiple input multiple output radar) is a novel radar technique developed recently. It can achieve better detection performance than the conventional phased radar. In this chapter, the MIMO radar signal model is studied and the signal processing flow of the MIMO radar is researched. At the end of chapter, the time-frequency transform is applied to the MIMO radar signal processing. From the result of this chapter, it can be seen that this method can greatly improve the performance of the radar system.
