Abstract

§ 1, 2 and 3 contain a description of a photographic method for measuring the intensity distribution in β ray spectra, § 4 and 5 some experimental results concerning the photographic action of the β rays on the photographic plate together with a discussion of these results. § 6 gives some consequences of the experiments, concerning the fundamental possibilities and limitations of the photographic method when used in β ray spectroscopy.
