Abstract

Objective To explore the effectivity, security, feasibility and superiority of the fast track surgery nursing pathway in patients with hemorrhoids during the perioperative period. Methods A total of 200 cases of patients with hemorrhoids were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was adopted fast track surgery nursing pathway for nursing, and the control group with conventional nursing.The treatment and nursing results and complications of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results The hospitalization days, the first time of micturition, the time of venous transfusion, the awareness of health education and the satisfaction degree of the two groupsbetween the two groups had significant differences(P<0.05); The postoperative bleeding occurred, constipation, urinary retention, urinary tract infections, pain cases of the two groups had significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusions The application of fast track surgery nursing pathway in patients with hemorrhoids during the perioperative period offers distinct advantages compared with the traditional nursing pathway, and it is a safe, economical, effective and feasible method.
