Abstract

A computation technique for the calculation of the contact load in a rivet joint with the effect of shape memory is proposed. To describe the stress-strain state of jointed parts, the theory of small elastoplastic strains is used. The thermal recovery of a rivet shape near a resistant body is modeled by a thermomechanical diagram based on the univariantness postulate of a reverse martensitic transformation.
