Abstract

The application of finite-element methods of multidimensional analysis in the measurement data processing of multi-frequency eddy-current testing has been considered based on the example of aluminum alloys. The results show that the suggested approach allows one to separate the effects of various factors and thus provides a reliable classification of materials according to their physicomechanical characteristics for the problems of incoming control.
