Abstract

The perforator cavity pressure tester is the main instrument for the composite perforation and deflagration pressure test of oil well. Due to the problem that the battery capacity of the instrument needs to be keyed up, assembled and downloaded, an intracavity pressure tester based on the photoelectric inversion switch is proposed. The problem that the tester is unable to power up is effectively avoided. The power management, signal acquisition and data storage module design of the cavity pressure tester is studied. The photoelectric inversion switch is tested at high temperature. The actual test data show that the tester has strong pressure resistance, high sensitivity and reliable structure.
