Abstract

The NDVE-Model is utilized in our study is based on multidimensional mathematical modeling and GPS mapping to evaluate under different levels of vulnerability. In fact, this study applies three basic indicators of climate change issues– (i) the natural disasters' vulnerability propensity rate (Ω); (ii) the natural disaster devastation magnitude rate (Π); and (iii) economic des-growth rate (δ). Here, in this proposed study, we assigned some of the technical foundations, which are very new to climate change and disaster related research. The experiences from our study would be useful to observe the impacts of a sudden natural disaster in the developing economy, and elsewhere. In our, we applied the NDVE-Model in the specific case of Asia.
