Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of mobile nursing information system based on simulated wards in training of new recruited nurses. Methods A total of 86 newly recruited nurses in 2015 were selected as the control group, and they were trained by clinical teachers in mobile nursing information system after entering the clinic.A total of 83 newly recruited nurses in 2016 were selected as the observation group, and they were received the training of mobile nursing information system in simulated wards. The mastery of mobile nursing information system, the normative use of PDA after 2 months clinical work and the training satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The mastery of mobile nursing information system, the normative use of PDA and training satisfaction of the observation group were all significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The mobile nursing information training in simulated wards can effectively help newly recruited nurses master the information system and improve the normative use of PDA, shorten the distance between theory and practice, and improve the training effect, which deserves to be promoted.
