Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of medical healing skin biofilm combined with oxygen therapy in nursing for neonatal red buttock. Methods 156 cases of neonatal red buttock in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2017 were divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods. The control group was given routine clinical nursing, and the observation group was given medical healing skin biofilm combined with oxygen therapy nursing intervention. The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The skin lesions subsided time, edema subsided time, ulcer and erosion drying time in the observation group were (1.21±0.39)d, (1.59±0.63)d, (2.34±0.58)d respectively, all shorter than those in the control group [(3.53±0.41)d, (3.77±0.67)d, (5.54±0.28)d], with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 92.3%, higher than that of the control group (74.4%) (P<0.05). Conclusion For neonates with red buttock, medical healing skin biofilm combined with oxygen therapy nursing intervention can improve the clinical symptoms in a short time, and improve the nursing satisfaction.
