Abstract

Objective To observe the complications of balloon reflectance in aorta during perioperative period in patients with cardiac surgery. Methods The clinical data of 18 patients receiving adjunctive therapy with IABP in aortic balloon surgery were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017. Results Among 18 patients, 8 patients recovered, and 10 patients died from multiple organ failure. The IABP adjunctive time of 18 patients were(95.32±21.38)h, and no IABP-related complications occurred. Conclusion The application of IABP in perioperative period of cardiac surgery is effective and safe.
