Abstract

Objective To discuss the intermittent mouth - stomach tube feeding method used in swallowing disorder patients'nutrition support.Methods All of the 64 cases were swallowing disorder after stroke which were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Both groups had been implemented synchronous swallowing rehabilitation training,but intermittent mouth -way stomach tube feeding method used in experimental group.Traditional lien gastric tube nutrition support had been used in control group.Forty five days later,the acceptance of two groups were compared,at the same time,the different nutrition indexes was measured and the swallowing function was evaluated.Results In experimental group,the tube feeding method of compliance was obviously better than that of the control group ( P < 0.05 ).At the same time,nutrition index and swallowing function were improved better than those of the control group ( P <0.05 ).Conclusions Intermittent mouth - gastric tube feeding method improves the compliance of swallowing disorder patients.The method can effectively improve the nutritive condition of the patients with swallowing disorder and swallowing function.
