Abstract

The growth ability of technological small and medium enterprises (SMEs) reflects their continual growing potentiality in the process of development. In this paper, the grey multi-hierarchical comprehensive evaluation (GMCE) method is used to evaluate the growth ability of technological SMEs. In the process of evaluation, the goal programming is combined with grey correlation analysis for the purpose of objectiveness and embodying the individual advantage of each alternative.
