Abstract
Objective To introduce a simple,sustaind,natutally blepharoplasty-modified buried suture double eyelid method.Methods The Gloden Ratio point was found on the upper eyelid between the medial canthus and the lateral canthus.Double lines were drawn with methylene blue.The near medial canthus point and near lateral canthus point were made from the Golden Ratio point equally.Then modified buried suture double eyelid blepharoplasty was performed in all cases.Results The follow-up period was 3 months and no double eyelid regression was observed.Conclusion The application of Golden Section in the modified buried suture double eyelid blepharoplasty has good clinical effect which accords with human physiological characteristics and aesthetic standards.
