Abstract

Objective To ananlyze the application effect of expanded nursing management in improving the medication compliance of re-treatment patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods A total of 92 cases of re-treatment patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing management, while the experimental group received expanded nursing management. After 3 months' intervention, the relevant observed indicators of the pulmonary tuberculosis patients of the two groups were compared. Results The score of master degrees of medication knowledge and the medication adherence rate of the re-treatment pulmonary tuberculosis patients of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion To implement expanded nursing management for the re-treatment pulmonary tuberculosis patients to carry out drug intervention can improve the patients' medication adherence, so as to promote the rehabilitation of disease.
