Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing in the rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients.Methods A total of 114 schizophrenia patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups.In the observation group with 62 patients,the nursing implementation methods were found in the database according to the clinical questions,clinical nursing practice was followed by the evidence.The rest 52 patients were in the control group,the nursing care was followed by conventional methods of psychiatric.All of the patients were evaluated by the psychiatric rating scale efficacy (IPROS) and simple spiritual Scale (BPRS).The effects of two groups were compared before and after the nursing care 2 months later.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of IPROS and BPRS score (P >0.05),2 months later,the scores of anxiety,depression,lack of energy,activated and the total score in the BPRS of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05),all indicators in the IPROS of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Compared with the conventional methods of psychiatric,evidence-based nursing can significantly promote the rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients,improve the patients mental condition.
