Abstract

Interstitial lung disease as a group with acute or chronic inflammation of chronic inflammation and progressive pulmonary interstitial fibrosis disease, its pathogenesis and diagnosis and treatment is not fully clear.As a molecular marker, exhaled Nitric Oxidehas (eNO) been successfully applied to the diagnosis and treatmentof asthma and other airway inflammatory disease, but we have no idear about if it is useful for diagnosis interstitial lung disease.This article brifly describes and summarizes the possible value of eNO to diagnosis and treatment of ILD.
