Abstract
Earned value management is a prerequisite for the wide range of applications in the practice of project management at home and abroad. In this paper, As to the quality of the target cost and schedule goal, To the project cost and schedule performance evaluation, On the basis of reading the relevant literature and researching at home and abroad. Using theory and method, which cost and schedule performance evaluation of earned value management as the research object.
