Abstract

The continuous development of modern art concepts has brought increased attention to the application of comprehensive materials in oil painting. These materials not only enrich the expression of oil painting but also offer artists more creative space. In Chinese universities, the utilization of comprehensive materials has emerged as a significant teaching content and research focus within the oil painting creation course. This paper aims to explore the application of comprehensive materials in university oil painting creation courses and its impact on teaching methodologies. The goal is to offer new perspectives and practical approaches to oil painting instruction in Chinese universities.
