Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing path in microvascular decompression for hemifacial spasm.Methods A total of 80 patients with hemifacial spasm treated with microvascular decompression in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different nursing methods,the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway,the control group was given routine nursing,nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Results The health knowledge awareness rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,duration of hospital stay and hospital costs were significantly less than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Nursing satisfaction of education,environment,attitude in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Clinical nursing path can effectively improve the quality of nursing,enhance microvascular decompression for hemifacial spasm patients on their disease cognition and self-care ability,promote disease rehabilitation.
