随着计算机科学的发展和医疗大数据的开发利用，人工智能（artificial intelligence，AI）被广泛应用于医疗领域。临床决策支持系统（clinical decision support system，CDSS）作为AI的一项重要应用在临床实践中有着深远影响。在消化疾病诊疗过程中，CDSS可以识别风险人群，提高疾病诊断效率，提供最优化治疗方案，预测疾病预后，在提供更好的健康卫生服务和改善健康方面发挥重要作用，是未来消化疾病管理的重要辅助工具。.
