Abstract

In the current teaching of business management, case teaching is a widely used teaching method. Case teaching has the characteristics of openness, cooperation and interactivity, which plays an important role in enhancing students 'interest in learning and strengthening students' comprehensive ability. Therefore, this paper analyzes the application of case teaching method in business management teaching. This paper conducts research through the combination of experimental comparison method and questionnaire survey method, and finds that the traditional teaching model can no longer meet the needs of modern teaching in business management teaching. The experimental results show that the experimental group through the case teaching method has been significantly improved in all aspects, the average score of the management course increased by 18 points, the average score of the enterprise management course increased by 17 points, and the average score of the human resources management course increased by 22 points. The average score of marketing management courses increased by 25 points, and the average score of strategic management courses increased by 22 points, which shows the importance and necessity of case teaching method in business management teaching. This article combines the experiment and questionnaire survey to analyze the specific application of the case teaching method in business management teaching, which provides a reference for the reform of business management teaching mode.
