Abstract
This paper introduces the security strategies of Mifare1 Card and CPU Card from the authentication mechanism, it establishes the overall topology structure on the CPU campus smart card, and it builds the library service system by applying information service system Libsys 4.0, smart card reader DKQ-119SU, entrance guard system, bat-code scanners, and detection security apparatus. After debugging and experimentation, the campus smart card proved to be safe and reliable in operation, practical and efficient in management. It helps the campus smart card realize functions like staff service management, improves lending system including book lending, reservation, security, and overdue reminders. Moreover, it helps to construct digital campus.
