Abstract
Objective To explore the application effects of detail management in anterior decompression for patients with cervical spine fracture.Methods The 80 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given routine nursing care in perioperative period,the observation group was treated with the details management,two groups were compared with nursing effects.Results The scores of sense,movement,activity of daily living in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ),the incidence of complications,nursing quality satisfaction,health knowledge awareness rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions The detail management can give correct guidance and care for the patients,promote postoperative recovery and reduce the complication.
