Abstract

Objective To reduce the occurrence of adverse events by adopting feed forward control method in chemohyperthermia combined with extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion and malignant peritoneal effusion.Methods 60 patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the therapeutic sequence.Experimental group used feed forward control method to manage risk links,while control group used traditional management method.Result There were statistically significant difference in the rate of nursing adverse events,test results,equipment management quality and disinfection and isolation quality between two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion Feed forward control method can effectively prevent and reduce nursing adverse events in new technological treatment,improve the consciousness of risk management and nursing quality management level of nurses.
