Abstract

In the power industry, accurate measurement of the electric field around the equipment is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of the power equipment. In inhomogeneous electric field space, the size of the sensor will affect its surface distortion electric field. In this paper, the influence of sensors of different sizes on the inhomogeneous electric field is studied, and ANSYS is used to simulate the size of the sensor and the inhomogeneous field in a narrow space. The peak electric field of the sensor surface and the calibration field are compared and analyzed, and the size of sensor is obtained under different electric field environments.
