Abstract

Cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) is a progressive, degenerative disease that results in compression of the cervical spinal cord or nerve roots, leading to neurological dysfunction. Although CSM often warrants surgical treatment, the peri-operative complication rates have not been well defined.
