The Senate Committee on the District of Columbia will hear arguments for and against the Gallinger antivivisection bill on some day in February, the exact date not given. We may assume it as certain that the zoöphiles will be there in force, with all the documentary support they can command, to reinforce their personal efforts. It is not too late to ask all physicians, medical societies and organizations that have not yet spoken to exert their influence by resolutions, memorials and direct individual work against the bill.
