Abstract
There are many advantages on industrial building construction than traditional ones, such as consuming fewer resources and energy, higher labor productivity, making fewer environmental pollution, better work status of skilled workers, longer life cycle, the higher engineering quality and better construction safety. Industrial housing construction is a developing trend in China in the near future. In the progress of industrial housing construction, the construction enterprises how to develop..their own core competitiveness how to be formed are the key problems. The key factors affecting the competitiveness of construction enterprises before and after industrialization were systematically sorted firstly. Then the advantages of the industrialized housing construction were analyzed. At last, the development goals, development path and development measures of construction enterprises were identified in order to adapt to industrial production.
