Abstract
目的 探讨急性髂股静脉血栓形成的治疗方法.方法25例急性髂股静脉血栓形成患者均采用彩色多普勒超声和顺行性深静脉造影进行检查,确诊后行介入导管溶栓,以及抗凝、祛聚和扩张血管改善微循环等综合性治疗,并分析治疗结果.结果全部病例均经彩色多普勒超声和顺行性深静脉造影确诊为急性髂股静脉血栓形成.经综合治疗后,临床症状改善显著,小腿周径由治疗前6.5±3.0cm缩小为治疗后1.0±0.5cm(p＜0.01).结论介入导管溶栓、抗凝、祛聚和扩张血管改善微循环等综合性措施是急性髂股静脉血栓形成的有效治疗方法。
