Abstract

Based on product analysis, this paper identifies six toy design factors, including a set meal model, cartoon characters, mechanical functions, quality, price, and channels. Then, based on the results of previous research analysis, this paper considers the satisfaction level, word-of-mouth recommendation, priority level, and repeat purchase intention, as the four evaluative indicators of customer loyalty. Subsequently, this paper adopts questionnaire surveys to investigate the effects of customer loyalty, following which, a variance analysis reveals that a set meal model, cartoon characters, and mechanical functions are the three toy design factors that can significantly influence customer loyalty.
