Abstract
Abstract This paperpaper uses the structural equation model to analyze the relation between the work stress of train drivers and the factors causing the stress. The analysis of these factors aims to provide theoretical basis for the stress management for train drivers. The paper concludes that the relations between various factors causing the train drivers’ workplace stress, as well as the factors’ influence on the drivers’ work stress.
