By using the large scale data from demand and supply side, including house price growth rate, income growth rate and the total household numbers and the total number of households, this paper analyzes the market behavior of 35 cities in China. Our analysis shows that there seems a huge property-value bubble both in standpoints of demand side or that of supply side
