The analysis of the advantages from using information technologies in еvent- tourism

Abstract

At the moment еvent is one of the most critical motivational determinants of event- tourism development., in which travel proposals are related to contradictory planned (such as, summits; party; sports competitions for spectators or participants; carnival; sport and games for fun). Thus, the purpose of this article is the identification and definition of main advantages of usage of information technology in еvent-tourism. Setting a target determined need to address these objectives of the study: identification of information technology as the basis for support еvent-activities; clearly identification of the elements use of information technology, that lead to creation of synergies. As a research methods the comparative, structural, historical, logical, systematic analysis, secondary data analysis, synthesis, interpretation,analogues have been used. А scientific approach lies for considering prospects of transformative development of еvent-tourism, under use of modern information technology. The conclusions of the research have been made by the author concluding on the benefits non-standard secure based on information technology. It has been stated that in this case а costed proposal of еvent substantially lower, than in regular platform. Based on trend analysis, it can be concluded, that the process of use of information technology has led to effect (which is seen as economic responses on changing nature of production process, expressed by positive developments (such as growth or declining in rate of costs and in rate of cost- effectiveness of еvent-activities). The prospects for further scientific development lie in the study of the impact of modern information technology on metric effectiveness of event-activities. The practical significance is that developmental characteristics of еvent-tourism helps to accelerate use of information technology, and therefore, the possibility of integrated administration through social media at all stages of еvent life span (for their advancement; loss in estimated cost by most processes, accompany life span; to minimize the effect of budget factors in the еvent-industry).
