Abstract
Procedural justice in team decision-making is an important variable affecting the decision quality. We establish and test a relationship model of procedural justice in decision-making, team trust and decision quality by taking the Zhejiang private enterprises as sample. The results show that decision quality was improved by meliorating procedural justice in team decision-making, and team trust serves as partially mediating variable between procedural justice in team decision-making and decision quality.
