Abstract

In Indonesia now has many emerging types of Islamic Banking is growing now. Bank Syariah Mandiri, which is one of the Islamic financial institutions, which proved to be very good. In the installment savings Gold has a good reputation in managing customers' savings gold. Savings Bank Syariah Mandiri gold is called gold installment of BSM products. Formulation of the problem in this research is how the implementation of the marketing strategy in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Ahmad Yana, how the number of customer financing murabaha installment of gold at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office Ahmad Yani, how the analysis of marketing strategies Islamic Bank Madniri Branch Office Ahmad Yani of the number of customers of products murabaha financing installment of gold. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the marketing strategy of murabaha financing products gold installment in the bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office Ahmad Yani, Total customer financing products murabaha installment of gold in the bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office Ahmad Yani, and analysis of marketing strategies murabaha financing gold installment increase the number of customers. The method used is descriptive method is the method of describing a phenomenon, event, occurrence, happening now. The goal is focused on solving the problems as they are at the time of research conducted. In this case, it is to practice marketing strategy murabaha financing installment of gold by the Bank Syariah Mandiri and the effects on the increase in the number of customers. The results of this study concluded that the marketing strategy of Bank Syariah Mandiri, namely advertising, sales promotion, special events and experiences, individual sales, direct marketing, word of mouth marketing and interactive marketing.
