Abstract

This research is done to gather information that identifies the effect and relevance of critical dimensions like supply chain strategy (SCS) and supply chain flexibility (SCF) for enhancing the execution of the supply chain performance (SCP) in the automobile trade in India. In view of the more extensive viewpoint, a quantitative research study is designed to look at the connections between three latent variables SCS, SCF, and SCP. Out of these latent variables, SCS and SCF is exogenous variable and SCP is endogenous variable. The information is gathered through an organized survey, which was administrated, to an aggregate example of 111 respondents. This data is collected through direct contact or through e-mail. Structural equation modeling (SEM) is used to evaluate the information. The outcome SEM point toward that there is critical connections between the three latent variables. This paper provides observational support for the broader perspective as it applies to just that effective and efficient implementation of critical practices in the supply chain is necessary emerging automobile industry in India. The research conclusion advocates that managers must develop and deploy such supply chain management strategies and create flexibility in their supply chain which enhanced the performance of the firm and thereby improving the performance of the supply chain.
