Abstract

Holding and attracting customers are the keys to improve the competitiveness of e-commerce, researching customer relationship management can help us analyze the different types of customers, providing strong support for business decisions. Using decision tree algorithm in data mining techniques to analyze the basic information of e-commerce business customers, and to find out the features of customer churns, in this case, we can help companies improve customer relationships in a targeted manner, and avoid customer churns.
