Abstract

Objective To investigate the innovative quality of nursing students in higher vocational colleges, analyze the reasons that hinder nursing students' innovation quality, so as to explore the methods and countermeasures of education innovation. Methods A total of 320 three-year vocational nursing students were investigated by using the questionnaire of undergraduates creative quality, including the questionnaire of undergraduates creative consciousness, undergraduates creativity ability, undergraduates creativity personality. Results The students' innovative consciousness, innovative ability and innovative personality score were(3.757±0.403)points, (3.240±0.569)points, (3.496±0.342)points.respectively. Conclusion High vocational nursing students have weaker Creative consciousness, lower creativity ability and poorer creative personality.We need to build innovation environment, courses in nursing innovation, cultivate the consciousness of innovation, constructing innovative thinking, to shape innovation personality, establish innovation appraisal mechanism, in order to improve students' innovative ability as the teaching goal.
