Abstract

Objective Try to understand the current status of the doctor-patient relationship and to propose solutions by analyzing survey data of questionnaires. Methods Using questionnaire survey methods. Participants include 75 patients and 45 family members. These 120 respondents will be divided into two groups. There are 60 people in the experimental group (doctor-patient relationship confusion). The rest 60 people are in the control group ( no physician-patient relationship perplexed) . Questionnaires is distributed to both groups. Expect to understand comments from participants about the work of healthcare, as well as main differences between the experimental group and the control group through LOGISTIC single-factor analysis and multiple factor regression analysis. Results Receive the preliminary understanding of respondents’ requirement and evaluation of health services by analyzing single factor and LOGISTIC multiple factor regression. The study builds the base for future programs to improve doctor-patient relationship. Conclusions Pay more attention to the image of “white-coat angels”. Enhance effective exchanges and communications between medical staff and patients. Emphasize on humanistic quality of training medical students in order to improve the doctor-patient conflicts. Provide quality health care service, thereby contribute to the smooth progress of health care reform. Key words: Physician-patient relationship; Questionnaire survey; Analysis; Deliberation
