Abstract

Aircraft manufacturing is a huge, robust and high technology, financial, human and other highly integrated systems engineering. An aircraft has millions of parts, and during 30 years of continuous service, swap, liter version and scrap of parts make the aircraft configuration constantly changed. Losses cost arising from the corrective maintenance strategy is also very alarming. Therefore, the latest aircraft configuration status and service data can provide reliable reference for maintenance decisions. In this paper, the design life, service life and replacement states of the aircraft and its components are managed and traced based on the configuration of the aircraft life-cycle management. And accordingly early warning information of maintenance of each monitoring object is provided. It has a very important role to carry out timely maintenance.
