Abstract
The study is an analysis of the agricultural exploitations from the Western region of the country. The study analyses the agricultural units with juridical personality which deploy activities both in the rural environment and in the urban environment and the individual agricultural exploitations. Considering the specific elements and conditions which characterize the Romanian agriculture and the national agricultural exploitations (number, territorial repartition, size, typology) we analyzed the exploitations according to the detailed indicators of the juridical status of the exploitations, size classes of the number of animals, etc, which lead us to some conclusions.
