Abstract

Objective To explore the affections of nursing intervention on complications of unconventional arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients.Methods Blood dialysis patients with unconventional arteriovenous fistula operation were randomly divided into trial group (18)and control group (14).The control group was given systematic nursing intervention.The control group was given the routine care.Observe the first time success rates,the blood flow of dialysis and the complications of vascular access for 12 months.Results The trial group,s first time success rates and the blood flow of dialysis were better than those in control group.And the rates of vascular access pseudo hemangioma,local complications vascular sclerosis and hemal stricture in trial group were lower than those in control group.Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can promote the mature of unconventional arteriovenous fistula,and significantly reduce complications of fistula,improve the service life of unconventional arteriovenous fistula.
