The affection of Crude Oil Physical Parameters on Heat Transfer

Abstract

This paper used the partition method mathematical model, considering the oil’s latent heat effects and the cyclical changes of atmospheric temperature, studied on the influence of crude oil properties on heat and mass transfer during the process of shutdown in overhead pipe. This paper used UFD method to simulate the internal temperature field in shutdown overhead pipe with different crude oil’s physical parameters, and gave the solidification cloud charts of medium in typical shutdown time.
