Abstract

SUMMARY.— The disadvantages of certain variable factors influencing the reliability of traditional patch test techniques have been discussed. Further experience of the use of a glycogelatin vehicle for patch testing is reported. Difficulties were encountered in incorporating some allergens in the glycogelatin vehicle but in general the technique proved satisfactory.
