It can change the traditional centralized data management model and provide distributed and decentralized data storage and management methods. This method has higher security, transparency, and reliability, which can solve the problems existing in traditional data management methods and improve the efficiency and reliability of data management. In the meantime, using new technologies also brings many practical problems to solve. These include insufficient technology maturity, privacy concerns, and volatile legal and regulatory policies.
